Not working
Not able to access it via IP to set it up. I set it up with all the default settings, checked IPs, etc, still not able to access. I can ping the server (once I enable ICMP), but I cannot connect via browser to configure it.
I have same issue, cannot connect to management console. 443 port is not listening. Cannot ssh as well.

Can you confirm if you registered your firewall in Classic Mode or Policy Mode. If you have enabled Policy mode, then you will need to login via LAN and create a Management rule to be able to access your firewall over WAN interface as a first step. Policy mode does not bring any default rule as is is the case with Global/Classic mode.
