What do you like best about the product?
The reliability that the technology behind offers. CyberArk PAM may be the most secure and powerfull Privileged Access Manager in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Administration and maintenance are can be very difficult due to its complex architecture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Administration, compliance and security for every kind of Privileged Accounts, User monitoring, credential thefts detection and response.

There's nothing to dislike, since the interface has emerging technology on what's required

Easy to access the product. It's very secure for password management.

Nothing as such. I have been using this tool for the last six years. It's till the best tool

In a corporate environment, security is the primary concern. So as an administrator, sharing or receiving a password from any person via mail or chat is not safe.

best thing about cyberark is its ability to rotate passwords based on the condition we specify .

The Navigation for the password console can be improved .

Isolating access among teams part of a big organization
easy to access multiple servers.

One of the most or best things about cyber ark is easy to access multiple servers just by login to a particular IP. and also connecting to jump host through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
there was nothing to dislike about Cyberark's identity but its time out time is very less, after a few minutes session got expired and we need to log in again. So if we increase its time out time so will be healpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can access multiple remote servers at the same time and do multiple tasks parallelly without any delay or error. it saves my time to by excuting mutliple tasks on multiple servers in a given time.

Cyberark Privileged Access Manager solution has a long history so CCyberark knows a lot of detail about privileged access management and provides us stable platform and integrate each answer that you use

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a solution for password management and see the admin activities in our platform for PCI DSS requirements. CyberArk meets our requirements and provides us stable PAM platform
The best PAM solution on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
CyberArk quickly helped us get all of our local privileged accounts managed. Windows, Linux, switches and other devices can all be handled by CyberArk. We are also using it to manage our on-prem and cloud administrator accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations can be challenging to get up and working, especially when there are many versions of the same software in an environment. Also, upgrading CyberArk can be difficult since there are a lot of servers involved and a precise order in which to perform the upgrades.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CyberArk is helping us manage local and domain privileged accounts. All Windows server machines used to have local administrator passwords and now no two are alike.

HIgh initial friction to get familiar with the platform parameters used for scripts and rule definitions.

We had some business-driven dynamic rules to be defined in the user onboarding flows for automatic approval and some to be approved manually.

What do you like best about the product?
CyberArk is quite flexible and can be utilized in a variety of contexts, which is why I truly appreciate it. We can now safeguard and access our critical infrastructure in whatever way best matches their needs thanks to CyberArk's entirely cloud-based, hybrid, or on-premises environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes implementation was problematic and required clear online documentation and guidelines, but with community support and with good product support we can clear those doubtful areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CyberArk Privileged Access Manager help to solve the problem of privileged identity management and it helps to secure crown jewel assets from preventing ending up in the attacker's hand.
