Great Log Management and Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Logz.io offers an easy-to-use interface and seamless integration with platforms like AWS and Kubernetes. The real-time monitoring and alerts help us quickly troubleshoot issues, and the use of open-source tools and integrations with various products is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be high as log volume grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logz.io centralizes our log data, helping us monitor system performance and detect issues faster, improving uptime and reducing resolution time with a great ability to filter.

Perfect for handling a wide amount of data
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the interface is very good and helps a lot in understanding the information. Despite handling a large volume of information, it does not stagnate, it can be easily integrated to the daily workflow and in this way more of the company's teams can be involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should offer a different way to personalize the bar graphics. At least for the viewer-only profile.

Easy visualization, best customer support, awesome. ease integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
need some updates. alert setup feature please implement.

Monitor all logs like Apache, Mod Sec, and DRM. THen visualization dashboards are very good and user-friendly. easy to implement and understand. we track all customer logs every second. they are blocking unwanted IPs.

Easy to implement the logs from the server, UI is very cool and good to understand and this logs helps us to troubleshoot the issues

some of the logs and fields are not parsed correctly

Some of the field parsing is not available by default, we need to reach customer support. There is no documentation for this.

Logz.io provides infra monitoring, Log monitoring , SIEM and Tracing which helps us in monitoring our application running on Cloud.
Horrible experience - Admin account couldn't cancel no refund didn't t use it
What do you like best about the product?
The product seems good if you have a week to put into setup I'm very disappointed at the way they would treat customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
No respect for the customer, didn't care that I could be a customer later on, simply refused refund despite being required under EU law + we didn't use the service.
