Calabrio | Contact Center Workforce Optimization
What do you like best about the product?
Calabrio's Contact Center Workforce Optimization suite is a standout solution that provides a comprehensive set of tools for managing and optimizing contact center operations. What do you dislike about the product?

Great Software packed with features

Easy to use interface with lots of employee centric features.

Limited in some complex environments with high multiskilling.

Employee engement and empowerment is a key benefit of Calabrio, helps comapnies understand staffing requirements and react to change.

The organization, and the time layouts make scheduling easy to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes there are glitches in the system and I have to re-login.

Calabrio is making it easy for me to see my schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
Great to be able to see shifts for the week vs monthly. The different colours for different tasks is very helpful as you're able to see what you need to work at a quick glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to change a shift time/tasks, the system logs out quite a lot after I try and confirm the change. Possibly due to inactivity. Wish it would log out first before i have tried to action any changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to rearrange shifts when swaps have been requested by colleagues. Benefits are that it is quick and easy to use, so changes can me made quickly and give us time back for other work.

I like that we can now see and have more options available. VTO for example you can now see if approved or not when you appile its great upgrade

not really any anymore, since the new update much better

the VTO issue being on pending was not fun ut now it good you get a quick reply and know whats up, right away.

Calabrio ONE is an exceptional Workforce Management solution that helps me to make sure my organization is on top of staffing and hiring needs to be able to handle forecasted volumes.
Calabrio is Excellent!
What do you like best about the product?
Oddly the thing I like best isn't any one feature, it's the responsiveness of the Calabrio team. Their Ideas Portal allows you to add ideas on improvements or features you'd like to see in the future. Calabrio releases new features and upgrades at least twice a year and there's a good chance one of your ideas can be included. They really listen to their customers. Besides that though, the WFM product is great to work with, and with AI being introduced in the web platform, it can lighten the forecaster's load to focus on other things.
Overall a really ease system to use. The implementation was pretty good as far as implementations go. The engineers really listened to what we needed to get out of our telephony feed and created codes that we could understand and manage post implementation. Any issues we've raised through tickets since, have been addressed in a timely manner and they don't leave you hanging.
I use the WFM platform every day as well as the reporting Data Explorer and rarely have issues. A really easy system to learn how to use and the more you use it, the more you learn about your business!

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. A few wish list items for sure: to be able to notate each event added, that you could give permissions for the agents to see their own Adherence details in the Adherence module, that you could choose the adherence calculation being used in the MyTime App. But these are just gravy, all in all a great WFM system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a global workforce and Calabrio has been absolutely instrumental in allowing us to schedule and manage coverage worldwide. The time zones are not an issue and it automatically adjusts for Daylight Savings time, no extra work needed! Not all systems do that. Calabrio allows me to forecast and analyze for each of the many languages we serve, truly allowing us to calculate the headcount that we need.

USER FRIENDLY- Very easy to see the schedule.

NAVIGATION- Sometimes it's hard to locate the metrics

It's better than work and very user friendly.

It is fast and efficient; allows you to plan and advance.

Nothing disliked abour Calabrio. It is ver user friendly
