Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like how effecitve the website it when utilizing the tools to review calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Calabrio is when it goes down you may not be able to access what information you are needing for an agents score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need to calabrate a call from an agent the steps are easy to navigate through.

What do you like best about the product?
The way the agents are organized in view

I think that the filters when we're following the agents are very limited and it could be more accurate with more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calabrio is solving the problem of following agents schedules and creating it, it benefits me making it easier.
Very help full and it allows me to stay in track with my attendance and adherence.
What do you like best about the product?
What helps me the most is staying stable with my adhereance. It it very easy to us. there is no point in calabrio where you will need any assistance but if there is the customer support and or tools alwasy welcome to use and efficient to use. I use callario on a daliy basis to track my stats.With time, implementation of the techniques will become automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no disadvantaed to calabrio one in my opinion, there is enough information that is given to you as well as instructions and up to date accesability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calabrio does benefit me in many ways but one important way is staying on track with my adhearance.
My Calabrio experience is pretty smooth.
What do you like best about the product?
What I most like about Calabrio is managing my work schedule and break timeing on daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downside of Calabrio, however I have used Calabrio on my mobile using Chrome but over there the experience is not good as compaire to using it on desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calabrio manily helps me for monitoring my daily work schedule and if I need to update my schedule in case of any emergence I can do it from my end also so that's good part.

I do not have any complaints about Calabrio One at this time.

Calabrio one is assisting us with keeping track of our schedule throughout the day.

I like where there's clear cut tabs of information to see how many points I have available to use and be able to see my work format with ease and request time off is easy.

There is nothing I dislike about Calabrio.

The ease of being able to use my work schedule and find clarity in how to see my absences and request time off with ease!
Very easy and simple way to access your shifts.
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use, very simple. Everything to do with shifts is on there. Highlights how likely it is to book time offon certain days. Easy to book time off. Can access it from your phone on the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislike about calabrio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What days Im working ad not working, when meetings have been booked in by management is easy for me to see.
Calabrio's Assistance
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to review my calls and point's out mistakes or forgotten steps and this allows me a chance to correct and better my response if the same situation arrises. I personally love the reviews, and find it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides to reviews given by Calabrio yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me feed back to let me know when I'm not following correct lprocedures. It allows me to review and correct pass mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
you can easily see the schedule updates , the features are the best like the feature were you can use it as well outside the office , all updates made for the application is helpful and you can use the application multiple time .
What do you dislike about the product?
as of the moment i dont see any bad side or anything to dislike for the Calabrio ONE application .

it helps us with our daily office schedules , filling leave , swapping schedules , filling our over time .
