What do you like best about the product?
Our team heavily relies upon QM and Analytics, we use it every day. To ensure a patient centered customer experience it is vital to monitor quality and adjust our processes and training to support the needs of our patients. Analytics gives us insights and actionable data so we can shift as in the ever changing healthcare environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calabrio has so many capabilties, it can seem overwhelming at first. However, the support team and trainers are very knowledgeable and make themselves available to help you learn the system. Its important to invest time in learning the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem resolution and quality amangement through QM. Staffing and coverage through WFM. And lastly, giving actionable data that we can use to be more strategic.

What do you like best about the product?
So far I have really enjoyed using Insights. It has made reporting easier to build and view and has allwed us to create more reports that previously had restrictions. We have also gotten great support through Preston Garrison with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the features are an additional cost, such as the AI suite. For features that are included like auto QM, it is an additional cost to get the question drilldown. In addition, although Insights reporting is great it still lags when loading larger quantities of data. Finally, the auto QM does not have the ability to measure policy driven questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It s currently allowing us to improve Agent perfomrance in Quality.

What do you like best about the product?
It is clean, very easy to use and very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any issues with Calabrio as I am able to make absence requests and see messages if it has been declined or still pending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-In my team, we are a small number of 6 and only 1 can be allowed leave in a day - Its provides very easy process of applying for leave and get approved same time if no one already took that day as AL.
-Also help for when you have an emergency and you need leave if no one is already booked for that day.
-Pop ups reminding you when its time to go on break, lunch, meeting, training etc and a reminder when it's about to finish so you do not exceed.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage my time, getting reminders of my next tasks, breaks and lunch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in the morning the system is down so we're unable to see what tasks we have for the day, but it rearly happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps by serving as a reminder to prepare yourself for a new task. It also remindsyou to take your breaks on time and also come back from your breaks on time. It helps with your adherance as we get compensated for being on time. It also helps with applying for leave and also swaping shifts with colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I like about Calabrio One is that it always reminds me when it's time for my breaks and lunch but sends notifications every day. Calabrio also allows us to apply our leave days quickly and show us our leave balances and I can install it on my photo to check my monthly schedule and apply for leave days while I'm not at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about Calabrio ONE and very good for all companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always forget my breaks so Calabrio always makes my life easier and make sure I follow my schedule

What do you like best about the product?
Calabrio is helpful and easy to use regarding our schedule and it always keeps us on time and which status to aux when it tells us when to take a break or training

when you apply for annual leave and it is not approved

it always keeps us on time and follow a correct schedule given by calabrio one and also help us to plan our day since it shows us daily scedules.

What do you like best about the product?
It shows a pop-up whenever you on break or lunch or whatever activity you need to take that is scheduled on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At least keep the pop-up showing for maybe 10 min so that you can aux to whatever that you need to aux on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps because your adherence doesnt get affected because the popup that shows on calibrio helps you to see when you need to aux and it shows all the activities you need to take for the day.

That leave balances have to be manually updated by work-force management

The booking/approval of leave because it is booked through calabrio and approved by the system making it fair for everyone.
