Sometime quirky but overall a good WFM tool.
What do you like best about the product?
We moved to Calabrio One to help with more impactful omni-channel forecasting and scheduling. The agent user interface was also a nice upgrade to our old WFM application. While it took some time getting used to, and with the help of their support staff, our forecasts are really strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
One major sticking point has been Data Explorer. When we were upgraded we were given some basic "How To" videos on how to create new dashboards. However you really need to be a data analyst or someone with a lot of Business Objects experience to really create something in depth. Unfortunately if you dont have that experience and need help with a dashboard you will need to pay for professional services to help you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working with our ACD vendor to develop better statistical data for chat volume. Our chat vendor has things setup a little differently and that's requiring some customization

The problems that calabriuo is helping me solve is the problem of time keeping.
It has been useful for adjusting my schedule and requesting time off.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to edit my breaks, requesting VTO, and requesting time off in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not always account for all of my vacation time or banked holidays.

Knowing what days I can request off in advance.

logging on errors at times but nothing else is wrong with the system

What do you like best about the product?
First, Calabrio ONE is an application that we use for Workforce of staffing. It´s an online platform that provide access to anyone in in the cloud. But of course only if you are within the company. It also allows us, in the call center industry to work faster, smarter and better.
We use it everyday and gives us a visibility of our work schedule.

The only downsides I´m seeing here is it is dependent to Okta Verify for logging in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the visibility of out schedule and we have option to file our PTO even at home
I can easily see my day to day conversation and also the records and history of my each every calls.
What do you like best about the product?
I can get to know where am I standing in taking calls my quality and mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I donot get notification of my calls scored.

If there is any difficulity in searching specific call they have specialized filters which really helps and make it easy.
