What do you like best about the product?
I love the synthetics and user information. I like the Dynatrace is continuing to add get features to the product - parmaterzation, better dashboarding, user playback
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently not an easy way to get reports. Upper management still likes reports. Cost. Especially for lsynthetics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see what web pages need better perfomance, synthetic testing for certain scenarios and of course the error alerting and that it tries to get root cause

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Dynatrace in our company and pretty happy with the features it provides. It has many features which help us in finding the rootcause and do the analysis. This is one of the best APM tool in market. We have been using the managed instance and moving to the SAAS instance. Happy with the customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Memory dump compared to AppMon which provides lot more data for making decisions

What do you like best about the product?
The simplest way to get the results, all AI system works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The gap of database monitoring. I can see that problem is there but I can't see wait events or locks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, it was able to resolve issues that we have been having for years. One agent for all servers.

It does take a while to understand all aspects of the application

We want to be more proactive with our applications. We want to be able to narrow down pretty quickly where the issue is

It’s anomaly detection and automatic baselining Monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks of flexibility to design very personalized dashboards.

Cloud enterprise monitoring, container monitoring, digital experience monitoring

Don’t think too much, Dynatrace is best solution for monitoring all kind of edge technologies in enterprise applications.

We love dynatrace capability of monitoring cloud infrastructure, alerting , integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still do not have insight into adapter connections details for web methods and limited functionality for Kafka monitoring.,

Infrastructure issues, Service monitoring, KPI’s and conversion goals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s an excellent product to monitor cloud infrastructure, micro services, containers.

What do you like best about the product?
Having next gen APM in our apps. Ability to find new microsvcs when they are deployed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards are lacking customisation. Beehives are useless. Sometimes it will open a problem and say it’s been an issue for 20+ mins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying code faster. Getting our noc involved earlier lowering mttr.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy it.

The single pane of glass approach where everything bubble up to a problem page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. I’d say webmethods support would be the largest consideration.

API support, build and describe dependencies, in depth information of various tiers of application
What do you dislike about the product?
API support specifically for sending custom metrics could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster problem identification and base lining helps reduce application downtime. AI engine and ML combined have helped us resolve issues and bring back the systems faster
