Dynatrace Web tool
What do you like best about the product?
The web tool is very impressive. It give the World wise statistics and also the users experience in color code which helps a lot

I don't have any specific dislike and still we are exploring the web link,

We are solving the many business issue like slowness and if user have any issue in particular time in the world.

What do you like best about the product?
The daily reports showing the page weights, number of elements, and load times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of context for new readers learning how to interpret the report. Requires an overview document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding current page load times and identifying opportunities to improve them
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Company has been using Dynatrace for years, but i'm relatively new to the product. Based on what I've seen there is much untapped value we can gain from the managed services team in understanding and optimizing our performance results. I look forward to continuing to learn what is possible.

A good alternative to New Relic
What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace's ai makes it easy to see which problems are effecting the end user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dynatrace is very good at showing all queries for Mysql on a given request, but doesn't give the same insight on Redis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace makes it easy to monitor a huge amount of applications. If a customer has experienced an application error, it's easy to find that single webrequest in Dynatrace and analyse what went wrong.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up a meeting with a technican. It really helps to show you the use the tool correctly

We are able to identify issue whenever deployment happen especially going live.

Not really had one, but if I really had to say, its not an easy tool for beginner to learn.

Dynatrace ensure our business operation smooth as we always able to identify the issue at the early stage

Dynatrace complete APM solution
What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace acquisition helped us to be pro-active than to be re-active, root cause analysis of the issue was at our tip instead of searching logs trying to figure issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't dislike Dynatrace but as with any tool there were learning curve involved for developers, business users and documentation can be more elaborate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have minimal downtime and this helps our business to be 24/7.

Unable to export data from the user session into say CSV format (I am aware that we can export user session via web hook, however it would be good to export the user session into csv format the specific date range - or even create an overnight job to send the CSV file once it is ready)

It is easier to identify performance issue (the root cause)

It works pretty well out of the box, at the cost of monitoring too many things
What do you dislike about the product?
It causes a lot of false alarms, and the UI for some problems, like web request errors, cloud be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring SaaS infrastructure. We are alerted on a number of different problem scenarios.
Dynatrace APM and Synthetic Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace APM gives code level insight, which helps while triaging prod issues. Synthetic Monitoring helps simulate end users to monitor the applications, which helps to address the issues proactively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Dynatrace should simplify stuff with Rest APIs so we can automate things like creating alert downtimes in APM and Synthetic Monitoring
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthetic Monitoring is helping us to keep a proactive posture with monitoring applications. So we can find out the root cause of the issues before end users experience it. APM has helped us figure out memory leaks in the applications, which helped developers to revisit their code base and resolves the issues accordingly.
