Easy to do problem solving!!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, very detailed analysis report.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since there are more options, we need to spend time learn and use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am a application developer I can go through the understandable error logs, easy to drill through the exceptions given less time to identify the root cause and fix the issue.

NEXT GENERATION TOOL
What do you like best about the product?
Session replay looks to be something that could change the way applications are troubleshot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Migration from appmon does not have a clear path.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None yet as our client is still on appmon however we hope to transition to Dynatrace soon.
Good APM for an evolving environment

Dynatrace: The Rise of BizDevOps
What do you like best about the product?
I like that DT is paying attention to the gaps between IT and stakeholders and tailoring the product to work for both while facilitating an ongoing dialogue between the 2. By making metrics like the ones visible through Dynatrace available in such an easy-to-use and visually appealing way, website health is sort of addictive. Suddenly, conversion and booking numbers matter to our developers, and CPU usage matters to our executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Roadmaps are well presented at the yearly conference and then shared to the community through several channels (social, email, blog, etc) but certain tracks seem to go “dark” after that and communication/documentation isn’t exactly where I’d like to see it as a customer and advocate within my company. This area has improved over the last year and i’d Like to see more visibility for release notes (pop up when logging in with a link over just a mention in the blog or, at least a direct link to the blog).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance, opportunity, and monitoring. We’ve been able to build a more reliable application and solve critical issues much faster using DT. By establishing key metrics and socializing those, we’ve also set the gold standard at our company for what APM and DEM should look like by building a comprehensive set of rules, alerts, dashboards, and more that meet the needs or not just our technical teams, but those of our stakeholders, and ultimately our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand all the offerings and how they fit into your stack before you dive in and be sure to look at this tool as more than just a way to know when something breaks. You want to fix outages sure, but you want to also avoid them and as you grow, you want to track your users in a way that helps you understand them and ultimately change your product to better suit their needs as we all grow.
Complicated but impressive
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to deep dive on issues in our java environment and being able to pull historical data especially from our databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of setting up appmon as well as creating dashboards and measures made getting it set difficult and getting developers to create their own dashboards difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance analysis and being able to diagnose user errors.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Good insight into user sessions and experience. Good viability into code errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
None but for sake of improvement. Dynatrace can also look at competitors while rolling new features. I am sure they might be but just a recommendation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User experience. Performance.
Dynatrace for SAP
What do you like best about the product?
The way that you can pin point an issue is amazing and with the kind of details ... it does help me leverage with the user requirement and performance which is great

What do you dislike about the product?
Don’t have an answer yet but maybe this replay maybe of security concern as I work for Government and that data we cannot be storing / replaying with control center employees.
Very focused on Cloud but countries not yet open to cloud, need attention to on premise as well.
Very focused on Cloud but countries not yet open to cloud, need attention to on premise as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application performance, monitoring, pro active approach, un-necessary clogging and simplifying
Perfect application monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
It’s user friendly and captures the necessary information to monitor our environment and identify issues immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’d like to expand usage into our data center operations but need monitoring capabilities for hyperV which is the biggest deterrent in that part of our organization right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing performance issues in our applications using appmon.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s becoming market lead and very useful tool to find any customer issues.
