What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get deep insight into what parts of the application take the most time.

There’s a steep learning curve, but once overcome it is a really great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re using dynatrace to improve performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a great product and I would recommend it for either monitoring or performance improvements.

Licensing was complicated for appmon where i have many instances of different technologies deployed

PurePath technology allows in-depth analysis of any issues while eliminating dreaded war rooms

Agent configuration and setup can be difficult

Performance issues can be detected immediately. Early detection prevents profit loss.

The Dynatrace platform is a superior solution with excellent customer service and ease of use.

I have no dislikes. Excellent products! We love the Dynatrace platform

Analysis of user actions with infrastructure monitoring, availability and response time. Problem detection and root cause analysis...amazing!

Have a complete implementation plan and enjoy the process of both infrastructure and application monitoring with root cause analysis.

this is a great product and I like everything about it

some of the user interface can be improved, it would be great to have more support for native apps, I would also like to see more AI driven monitoring

consumer facing apps, we have been more proactive about finding issues in production before they appear
