Excellent Customer Service and Great Potential
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, the product is easy to use and offers many facets of use. After over a year of using the service, I am discovering there are more and more features I could be - and could have been - using all along. I am sure I will continue to discover more features as I work with our new customer representative who has been recently assigned to our account. Parry has been excellent in educating me and going above and beyond to help me with what I need Agiliron to do for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I did not help set up this product and I was not involved with integration, we have used Agiliron since the start of opening our retail store over a year ago. One thing I have found to be difficult with Agiliron is physical inventory. We have only done physical inventory once, and while we were trained, the process was clunky and inventory was not recorded correctly.
Like any in-depth software, it takes a while to learn the ins and outs of Agiliron, especially if you are new to software like this. There are many features that are, and can be, available to you so communication is key to using Agiliron efficiently. While Agiliron does have a help center with tutorials, I have found the most helpful to be our customer representative who has been very responsive and incredibly helpful. While I do not find Agiliron to be very intuitive as far as user interface goes, overall, Agiliron offers a lot of tools and their customer service is wonderful.

Agiliron has helped me solve issues of needing to bulk import products for store and customer orders. We have a lot of inventory with matrix components, such as a sofa offered in 100+ different fabrics, so things can be complicated. Agiliron, and our customer representative, have been very helpful in figuring out how to make this import process efficient.

Many features for the money and great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was great, they handled all the product imports and assisted with the set up. The customer support is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface for the reporting is not very intuitive, but it works great once the reports are created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing our expanding inventory for our internal clients, which has allowed us to be more efficient.

We have been working with Agiliron for a number of years and could not be happier. We have been in business over 45 years and have had a hard time finding a company that is not only personable, but efficient as well.
Most companies we find, wanted to sell you their system then basically forget about you. Inventory and Channel management. Also, purchase orders and general operations.
SWITCHED TO AGILIRON FROM QUICKBOOKS ENTERPRISE-ADVANCED INVENTORY
What do you like best about the product?
(1) Best value for the money.
(2) Onboarding process is excellent.
(3) Staff training is great.
(4) Centrally managed inventory for multiple stores/warehouses and multiple sales channels.
(5) Inventory includes the ability to enter SEO information and product images (used with B2C/B2B/POS channels), maintain multiple vendors for each product, and several other features we have yet to implement.
(6) CRM is good.
(7) Ability to perform bulk updates is excellent.
(8) Moving to Agiliron allowed us to standardize our inventory throughout the organization.

(1) Learning curve is steep. We have leaned heavily on the Onboarding team.
(2) Product requires multiple steps to perform the same tasks compared to QuickBooks.
(3) Agiliron interface is not very intuitive. Its focus is on looking up information versus creating new transactions or list items.
(4) Support is slow to respond to requests outside of the simple.
(5) The online Learning Center does not give good directions in the How-To sections.
(6) CRM side does not allow the creation of Quotes for Leads and Prospects, only Customers.
(7) Built-in reports are lacking, and standard reports are missing (e.g., Customer A/R Aging Report, Product Margin Report).
(8) Payment Terms do not do anything. They are just another list item. If a customer has terms of 1% 10 Net 30 and they pay within the 10-day discount window, Agiliron will treat the payment as being short, leaving a balance due. You must reopen the original invoice and enter the discount manually, line-by-line, for each product before you post the customer payment. This procedure is not efficient and is time-consuming.
(9) QuickBooks Desktop is not updated for each change to an order. Sales are not posted to Quickbooks Desktop until the order is paid-in-full. If you change the point upon which the import occurs, you will have issues in Agiliron. We have been advised that Agiliron integrates better with QuickBooks Online. This should not be the case if you advertise your software integrates with both online and desktop versions.

We have two retail stores, each in a different city. Since 2010, each store has previously used QuickBooks Enterprise with Advanced Inventory. Both stores carry the same inventory items, although some may come from other vendors. Each store used its own QBES company file and individually maintained their own inventory. This created several issues to contend with (multiple SKUs for the same items, sales prices differed between stores, units of measure were different). The stores could not see what was in each other’s inventory. Our inventory has approximately 8,000+ SKUs, with half of that inventory being matrix items. We also needed a more robust B2B online ordering solution for our regular customers, along with a way to manage inventory among all sales channels centrally. We looked at several 3rd party solutions and finally decided on Agiliron.

We're now accurately tracking inventory across all our sales channels. Saved us a lot of time now that we can login to one system and see all our orders.
Easy to Use Product with many features
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy this product is to use. It took Quickbooks and simplified it x 100 and added features that we did not have on QBs.
It was also easy to teach my co-workers how to use it as it was this simple. This was extremely important to us.

What do you dislike about the product?
The features that I disliked were fixed by the onboarding team. They customize pieces of the software for you so I do not have anything I dislike currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved inventory tracking issues and realized that we are costing jobs more accurately and properly billing and collecting payments from customers.
Terribly behind the times
What do you like best about the product?
Tried my best to make this work, however after dumping thousands of dollars into customizations this product never was a great fit
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is you can't rearrange products or search for products easily in a quote/estimate, it has to be entered phonetically, it can't be any part of the product name, has to be entered the same way (order) it is named which when you have a data base of 1200+ products is hard to remember the exact way each product is entered.

They caused more problems than solved

Definitely worth the money, customizable and great support

Good value for the price. Excellent tech support. Set up is easy. Have not experienced much down time.

needs better training videos. The Videos available to learn are not so involved as they should be.

Order and product management is easy with this software. Also streamlined our ordering process.
Agiliron in the graphics industry
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is essential in making sure we are able to follow up with any mistakes or items that don't arrive on time. We can communicate internally on issues we may have using the action function. The shipping dashboard is east to use and creates plenty of visibility. The cost estimation for item weight and box size is especially useful for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that I least like that when entering items in an assembly build that they have to be selected from a list instead of just directly entered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used NetSuite previously switched due to cost and customization options. The software allows us to track everything and create custom reports with ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. It will work with warehouse management needs, internal tracking, reporting, assembly build creation and the shipping solution works well as an integration with UPS.
Great Product!
What do you like best about the product?
Agiliron's B2B website features have helped us streamline our order processes. Our customers now have the ability to place orders online and the orders appear in our back office ready to go. This has eliminated a ton on manual entries and has saved us time and money compared to other systems. We also do not need to try and connect a bunch of different programs through various enterprise systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have products that we measure by the lineal inch, and Agiliron does not have the capability to support decimal points, it affect our cost a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We where patching multiple systems/software together. Agiliron helped us make the link between quickbooks, our websites, and shipping.
