Awesome software
What do you like best about the product?
Using Plesk makes it easy to perform basic actions like creating emails ,uploading files ,pointing server to domain and more importantly the ability to perform all of the aforementioned actions remotel

As of now no complaints here! makes everything so much easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plesk has great intuitive interface to manage all aspect of web hosting business. It is rich in features that are not available in other such software. File Manager and Database management solutions are great way to handle bigger files.

Unable to assign separate ssl certificates to mail on multiple domains.

Premium (Managed) Wordpress webhosting for my customers :-).

Don't think... just do it! Once you use Plesk, you simply don't want anything else anymore :-)

Easy to admin. Good tools and good GUI.
Plugins are excelent, and options to configure each subscription are extensive and cover most of requeriments.

What do you dislike about the product?
More free options for mail, like tools to fight spam and virus. Hability to include personalixed rules for spamassassin from the panel (like a form).
Hability to renew a subscription with 1click, like suspend or dissable. No need to personalize the subscription to just renew it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wordpress installations, clone and moving. Just fantastic I can do it from the panel without edit code or databases.
Now I can keep all my wordpress installations up-to-date, and control my customers installations.
Would be fantantic have our own personal plugin/theme repository, so if I have a licensed plugin in several installations, I can store it in my personal repository and update with one-click all the installations.

Easy to use GUI, easy for resellers and customers themselves - don't see many issues.
What do you like best about the product?
From a SysAdmin that assists clients in resolving Plesk issues, there's a variety of tools available for fixing problems, and the documentation is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's sometimes things you can only control (easily) via the GUI that you don't have similar CLI commands for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plesk makes it easy for clients to host websites and administration of said websites is made simple with an intuitive GUI. This also helps to reduce our workload due to reduced issues.
Easy and convenient way to manage your servers
What do you like best about the product?
The UI has been improved dramatically during the last few years and now it's very easy to use, both for admins and users. It's also really easy to install and there are also a few great extensions like wordpress toolkit and firewall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for PHP 7.3 is a bit inconsistent. Mobile app could also be improved to have the same functionality as the web panel. Also, additional language packages are quite expensive

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the design and how easy it is to set up a website and configure it. Also the automatic updates and plugins are great, like the WOrdpress toolkit. Our customers also love it, we get way less questions than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Untill now I haven't found anything I dislike about Plesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past (with other servers/hosting panels) we had many problems. It took us much more time to manage the server and give support to our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try. Compare it to cPanel, but I'm sure Plesk will positively surprice you.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things that I like about Plesk. 1) The control panel and the user interface are easy to navigate which is great compared to others. 2) Nice encryption system for securing your website. 3) Managing multiple websites is easy and doesn't require any experience. 4) Plesk Price is affordable.

I haven't experience any problems so far and there is nothing that I disliked about Plex

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, errors free (till now), fast, intuitive, robust

even not being expensive as other panels, of course I would like to have cheaper price :)

Security issues that free panels I was using before couldn't provide to me... updates.
