What is most valuable?
I like the solution's baselines. It's important to compare an attack with the MITRE attack quadrant, which tells me when an attack will occur. The solution helps our organization meet PCI and GDPR compliance standards.
What needs improvement?
The solution should include more integrations and a universal connector with other firewalls for SNMP protocols.

I have been using the solution for four years.

I don't know the solution's current cost. Two years ago, it cost $200 for 20 credits, which was a high cost.
On a scale from one to ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive, I rate the solution's pricing a seven out of ten.

Trend Vision One uses machine learning. The solution's response times for the clients are perfect. I would recommend the solution to other users because it provides information about attacks and issues that help in making decisions.

I use the tool for security solutions. It's a leader in Gartner and Forrester Wave reports. Customers rely on these reports.
What needs improvement?
I'd like to see mobile licenses included in the main license, similar to Kaspersky's model for future features.

The support from the Trend Micro team in Pakistan is very good - we can reach them anytime by email or phone.

The complexity of the setup depends on the configuration level. Basic configurations are simple, but EDR and XDR require expertise and time.
What other advice do I have?
We had a successful case in which we engaged Trend Vision One—Cloud Security after a client's attack, did a POC, showed a demo, and impressed the user. We also presented Forrester Wave reports showing Trend Micro is leading security solutions with EDR and XDR. I rate it a nine out of ten.
In my experience, clients using Trend Vision One-Cloud Security haven't faced ransomware attacks, unlike those using Kaspersky.
I advise new users to be technical, take training, and explore the tool's features.
Regarding AI capabilities, the solution leverages this technology like other endpoint security solutions. They're doing great; we haven't had any attacks or negative reports. It consistently appears in the leader list in Gartner and Forrester Wave reports, which speaks to its security and effectiveness.

The most helpful is about everything becomes simple when we manage it under cloud services. Quicker, Faster and Better.

Actually all are fine when we're using the cloud security system, however when it comes to the remote area where we have very limited internet speed, then managing this could become challenging.

There is no problem, everything works fine. I am able to allocate my time for the strategic areas.

We find it liltle bit overpriced. But I strongly believe there will be some new additional features upcoming to make it worth paying that price.

Good product for medium sized companies
What do you like best about the product?
Simple for the end users to tackle issues. It has good connectivity to other applications. Its pretty much does very good in behaviour monitoring, firewall, URL monitoring, application control etc.Its one of the best in a one stop solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a very resource intensive program. Licensing is expensive compared to the competitors. Some ransomwares can still go undetected by Trend Micro although its very minimal.

Its helping us in monitoring endpoint devices. Its a one stop solution and integrating seamlessly with other tools like connectwise and easy management for admins. Its also helping us in moving towards XDR which is the next step of EDR.
