Security, Scalability and Performance all in One
What do you like best about the product?
It's a reliable load balancer with robust performance in handling high traffic at the same time maintaining performance along with SSL and security built-in. Customer support is excellent with immediate help available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be a burden on small businesses and the configuration can be a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kemp loadmaster helps solve our SMTP servers in balancing the traffic.
Work well and simple to manage.

What do you dislike about the product?
Managing web page apply configuration directly without asking "are you sure"....a bit risky when admin navigate there in production timing range...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a cluster of server of Kemp, it load balance the charge of connections and we can install patch live on production time...

What do you like best about the product?
It is a fairly simple solution to implement, flexible and robust. It uses very few resources and allows intelligent configurations
What do you dislike about the product?
They should introduce some more smart sorting filters and a debug that is easier to interpret. It would be perfect if they introduced a simulation tool so that they could test the behaviour of a service based on a simulated call

Allows you to overcome the restrictions of other load balancers like Microsoft NLB and configure some of our services in HA and distributed load
we are using KEMP load balancer from last 7 + Years without any any issues
What do you like best about the product?
Ease to use and ease of implementation and maintanance . we are using for last seven years. KEMP Support is best to my knowledge and the features are more than we expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
we were unable to use the existing product as it is became EOL

accessing the Intranet published websites and Applications from external world with easy access

Kemp LoadMaster: Its Easy, Simple, and it Just Works.
What do you like best about the product?
We implemented our LoadMasters years ago to support a new software we are adding to the organizaiton. We had ordered two expensive hardware loadbalancers and had them sitting in a recieving dock when a contractor and Kemp enthusiast said "hardware loadbalancers thats crazy just use Kemps". We looked into them and we fell in love. They are easy setup, easy to use, powerful, and stable. They have become a backbone of our organizaiton supporing numerous sevices both internal and external. Best of all the support is great, anytime we have problems we contact Kemp support and they help us right away. This is a great poducsts and we highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anyting I don't like about the Kemps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kemp helps us all forms of loadbalancing both internal and exteranl and even does things like URL re-writes seamlessly.
Simple yet feature rich load balancer
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of navigation in UI, single page configuration of VIP and logs that are helpful in troubleshooting. Powershell and API integrations work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup of Kemp Loadmaster virtual on Nutanix AHV and VMWare platform is a rough process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us scale applications and maintain consistent performance as traffic scales, simplified management so that there is no requirement for certified engineers, accelerated issue resolution for the application.

What do you like best about the product?
The diversity! I feel like we can throw just about anything at it and things just work. Not to mention the amazing templates they have available for use. Additionally, the customer support has been just about top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little rough in 2024, and the licensing is a little ridgid. While I understand their point of view, I would prefer the appliance to revert to a reduced functionality mode and offer a bit of a grace period. We all know the higher ups have plenty of time to get the quotes approved, but we also know they wait until the due date. This is not typically something controlled by the operator of the appliance and makes things rough at times. Not necessarily their problem, but most products are a tad more friendly on renewals. Gen 2 Hyper V template would also be awesome instead of the gen 1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File shares, load balancing RDS farms, website load balancing/ certificate management (LOVE THIS), and possibly the integration of Okta at some point. :) So much utility in this product.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Kemp Loadmaster in both physical HA and virtual HA pairing versions, over 4 different implementations over the last decade. Loadmaster proved to be a well-featured product for a fraction of the price of competitor products. We currently use it to publish ~60 sites or services. Kemp customer support has always been excellent in terms of response time and resolution. One one occasion, I also employed their professional services who were also knowledgeable and helped us reach our objectives. Online documentation is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little dated but serves its purpose. For some new users, the learning curve can be a bit steep to get used to the terminology and way things work, but I've solved that by using examples for them to copy when configuring new stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, replacing end-of0life competitor product used for reverse-proxying a few websites. Now used from ~60 sites and services ranging from load balancing to single servers sites with a nicely fronted hostname, certificates and sometimes things like header re-writes when the back-end server is a bit cruddy, along with OWASP based WAF features.
