Best solution for Backups

What do you like best about the product?
It has a relatively Simple interface. The recovery time feature is good. Flexible backup policies and scheduling which is very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of backup policy abstraction must be improved. Users must have access similar to IAM roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of scheduling backups and restoring then when needed with small number of steps .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. It's easy to use and makes your backups an easy one click job at most if not automated.

CPM BYOL is thumbs up!

For those looking to automate snapshots and recovery, CPM is the place to look. We manage dozens of AWS accounts for our customers. We wouldn't be able to function without CPM. Our only issue with the BYOL version is licensing. There's no real economies of scale, in terms of $$$ savings, once you get beyond managing 20 accounts. It actually costs more, per AWS account, but it's not overly significant. Other than that, CPM is a wonderful product, with exceptional support and we couldn't survive without it!

Cloud Protection Manager and AWS Snapshot for Backup

CPM - Delivers on all its key features and makes managing backups using ebs snap technology easy.
Working with CPM's Support team was a pleasure, with good turn around on all contact.

AWS - Moving snapshots to glacier would be a nice option in DR for non Production systems and historical data.
AWS - Displaying information on actual Size used for Snapshots is needed, it is key to making cost and strategic decisions.
