Admin password does not work
We launched Splunk AMI from AWS Marketplace. Version 7.3.1 was used as per the AMI. The password provide in usage instructions does not work.

Best monitoring tool
What do you like best about the product?
application availbilty,error logs, system alerts

too much query to write to find out the error logs

application availabilty and logs for every application
Splunk is useful with limitations

Splunk is a useful tool for log aggregation and in general works well

It is an expensive tool as they charge by the amount of data

Mainly use it for log aggregation with various tools used by the enterprise

Nice product but beware of the costs
Not user friendly,needs training to use the product
