SonarQube (formerly Sonar) is an open-source platform developed by SonarSource for continuous inspection of code quality to perform automatic reviews with static analysis of code to detect bugs,code smells on 20+ programming languages.
SonarQube is an automatic code review tool to detect bugs, vulnerabilities, and code smells in your code. It can integrate with your existing workflow to enable continuous code inspection across your project branches and pull requests.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Usage instructions :
- The operating system does not save sensitive information for users/customers.
- There are no data encryption techniques set for current AMI.
- Disabled password-based remote logins for the root user.
- PermitRootLogin is set to without-password. (Location : sshd_config)
- The current AMI does not contain authorized_keys and password.
- Users can launch instances of AMI with a key pair and log in without requiring a root password.
- Navigate to your Amazon EC2 console and verify that you're in the correct region.
- Choose Instance and start using launched instance.
SonarQube Usage instructions :
- Restart the SonarQube server: sudo systemctl start sonar
- Start the SonarQube service : sudo systemctl start sonar
- Check the status of the service : sudo systemctl status sonar
- Enable the service to start automatically at boot : sudo systemctl enable sonar
- SonarQube's default port is 9000
- Access the Sonarqube at : http://<Public_IP>:9000 Note - Check default login credentials , Run command "cat /opt/credentials.txt" WARNING! SonarQube ships with a default administrator username and password. This default password is not secure, so you want to update it.
