What do you like best about the product?

It give alert message if any one try to sign in your account.
Every time while login it ask user to provide consent via dual factor authentication
Verification is very quick
It is compactable with ios and android both

What do you dislike about the product?

UI is not user friendly
Functionality is very complex.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It help MFA and provide extra securities and single login for all application in one shot.

What do you like best about the product?

IBM is an access management tool which lets you verify the user and adds an extra layer of security to your services (2 Factor Authentication) just in case passwords are not secure enough due to scams happening worldwide and techniques like trojan and phising it is a basic need to verify the traffic and users on the services used

What do you dislike about the product?

According to me to add an extra layer of security is anything is no bad as it is beneficial for all of us but as ibm can follow up with government rules for verifying user as far as i have heard about gdpr which I am sure they must be already doing so in other case customer feedback can be taken so improve and make it as easy as it can

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

User can have a control on their data - knowledge to your data being used on platforms is always good , Consent is recorded and if rejected they are unable to use it incase they perform or use any data legal action can be taken which is really helpful for today's generation as everything is online as data is badly used for setting algorithms across multiple websites data is being transferred without knowing

New user is not able to use if user did not get watch tutorial for the same

I want this for Password less authentication.Because peoples forget their password then we need to reset their password

What do you like best about the product?

Its a great tool for secure login. easy to use, and I like how it works with different systems without any issue. The app is simple, and have multiple features like push notifications & QR codes that making logging in safe and quick. Its also great for every business because it gives real-time alerts and useful data.

What do you dislike about the product?

Setting it up at first can be a bit tricky, especially if you're not from technical background. The instructions can be clear in some parts. Also, after some updates, there are small bugs i faced that need fixing, but fixed it quickly. Overall, it’s a very reliable tool!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem which I faced is Authorization...So It helps by making logins more secure and protecting accounts from unauthorized access. It solves the problem of weak passwords by adding multi-factor authentication etc., This gives me relaxation & ensures my data stays safe while being easy to use.
