    What do you like best about the product?
    Branch has a quite easy interface to retrieve basic data and draw reporting.
    It has a shared channel with us where we can ask unfiltered question to our technical success manager, who is very helpfus to address those
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It doesn't have a comprehensive industry data points that we can compare.
    More than expected data issues in our API.
    SDK integration prone to have issues
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We attribute Installs and Opens events in the APP space through Branch to the relevant channels. We use Branch to calculate ROI and APP performance

    What do you like best about the product?
    - I love Branch has integration with so many partners that's also used by my team. Makes it so much easier for data collaboration.

    - The deeplinking and attribution solutions work great together.

    - Branch's account support as well as the general support team responds very fast to our question (within a day) and are very helpful.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some of the documentation is out of dated. Would be to great to see the help page gets updated more often.

    solves for MAI attribution and provides campaign level details for paid marketing

    What do you like best about the product?
    I've been using Branch for over five years, and it has been an indispensable tool for our mobile measurement needs. The platform's robust features and seamless integration capabilities have significantly enhanced our ability to track and analyze user engagement. The support team is always responsive and helpful, making the overall experience even better. I highly recommend Branch to anyone looking for a reliable and comprehensive mobile measurement partner.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While Branch offers excellent features, one area that could use improvement is the implementation process. I found it quite challenging and time-consuming to set up initially. The documentation, although comprehensive, can be overwhelming for those who are not as technically inclined. Simplifying the setup process would make the platform even more accessible and user-friendly.

    Branch helps me understand how to attribute results on the channel/ campaign level

    Journey Banners, QR code quick links, Ads & Email integrations have all been valuable in helping driving App installs, engegement and e-commerce.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Integrations with some third party partners can sometime be tricky, although overall support of major providers is solid.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Converting mobile web users to app customers, increasing installs, revenue attirbution from various channels.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Branch Customer Query Resolution and Partner Dashboard I enjoy the most, very transparent and easy to understand.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    If Branch Parnter dashboard has feature like exporting raw logs or events logs, that would have been great.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    As we have quite a few advertiser on Branch, the partner dashboard help us to see the current integration status and checking on the performance of the campaign. It help us to optimze the campaign to meet our KPIs
