    Datazoom's Collectors (SDKs & Libraries) for AWS Elemental MediaTailor expose ad timing data and provide pre-integrated advertising services, from the client-side for its linear channel assembly and personalized ad-insertion service. Further, these SDKs can be used for additional data collection, processing, and delivery services offered by Datazoom.

    Datazoom is offering a consulting service to help answer questions and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the SDK or Library integration process. Support is provided over email, Slack Connect, and conferencing calls.

    Datazoom provides a web-based support ticketing service for the Software and Services (the “Standard Support Services”) for Customer issues using Datazoom Products (each, an “Issue”).

    This service is available 9am – 6pm (Eastern Standard Time) on business days (Monday – Friday) (“Business Hours”).

    Slack: Datazoom and Customer’s can agree to stand up Shared Channel for support during Business Hours.

    Issue Resolution and Escalation: Datazoom will acknowledge and respond to Issues reported to Datazoom by Customer at support@datazoom.io  according to the Severity Level of the reported Issue.
