    Overview

    VM Management platform delivered by Rackspace Modern Operations provides a simple to use, full-featured tool that makes your most critical and time-consuming server upkeep tasks easier to keep track of. Built for the cloud and underpinned by AWS SSM, VM Management platform manages your VMs wherever they are located through a simple, consolidated interface. The platform provides standard baseline patching aligned to best practices for each Operating System (OS) and allows customers to create their own custom patch baselines, patch groups, and maintenance windows to adhere to their own unique patching strategy.

    We go beyond just providing a platform, to providing support for the platform and other key areas of AWS cloud operations. With Rackspace Modern Operations, additionally you may be eligible to receive access to 24x7 Monitoring & Resolution, and on-demand Cloud Engineering. Based on your purchase, you receive an allotment of support hours each month. The Modern Operations support hours can be used in a wide range of ways, from backups, patching, OS, and change management, to incident response, or tapping into a vast expertise catalog we have built to help you leverage AWS services.
