As part of the OpenText™ Asset Management community (https://community.microfocus.com/it_ops_mgt/sws-amgr/ ) you can get additional assistance and aid from peers as well as live and recorded webinars, access documentation and suggest enhancements to via the IdeaExchange. OpenText™ Asset Management includes also access to online marketplace (https://marketplace.microfocus.com/itom/ ) of applications and add-ons which can help with various tasks. OpenText staffs and maintains a 24x7x365 Service Operations Center, which will be the single point of contact for all issues related to the support for OpenText™ Asset Management, through an online support ticket system. The OpenText Support Team will either provide support to the Customer directly or coordinate delivery of this support. For SaaS support will be done in English only. Online support is available at My Account.
