    What do you like best about the product?
    I am using Contentsquare for long time and i like the feature of customer behavior analytics that let use know where users move, click and scroll. Contentsquare will help me to increase conversions by fixing dropoff points. it is ease to use and it reduce customer frustration in long run.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Contentsquare is ease to implement and give us fast no-code setup. It also provide the best customer support and nothing to dislike in it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It improve user experience and optimize product pages and boost revenue.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I appreciate how Contentsquare allows me to effortlessly track user behavior and analyze digital data without the need for complex instrumentation. This capability has been invaluable for measuring engagement metrics across our tools, crucial for our market analysis and business solution development. The feature set available, especially for analyzing traffic, conversions, and funnels, enables me to glean insights effectively, helping in the formulation of data-driven strategies. Moreover, I admire their responsive customer service team, which is always ready to assist and make my experience frictionless. The setup process was straightforward and did not present any hurdles, which was a huge time saver. Additionally, I think highly of the overall ability of Contentsquare to seamlessly integrate complex data analyses into my workflows, making it a sophisticated tool that is surprisingly easy to use.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I would appreciate it if Contentsquare cached the latest URL upon logging out of a session. When I'm creating reports and the session logs me out, logging back in doesn't return me to the report I was working on. This disrupts my workflow and can be frustrating when I need to re-navigate to the specific work I was doing.

    I use Contentsquare to analyze digital data, track traffic, and develop business solutions. It simplifies user behavior tracking without complex instrumentation, which is invaluable for measuring engagement metrics.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the zoning analysis and error analysis features of Contentsquare, which provide me with a clear understanding of areas where we can improve our website. These features help in identifying the reasons behind the website's bounce rate, allowing us to address specific issues effectively. Such insights are invaluable in optimizing user experience and improving the website's performance. Furthermore, I appreciate how Contentsquare was relatively easy to set up compared to other tools. It didn't pose as much difficulty, which made the initial integration process smooth. I am also very satisfied with the overall performance of Contentsquare, as reflected in my high willingness to recommend it with a score of 10 out of 10.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I found that some alerts I created in Contentsquare were broken after a few weeks. I believe there is room for improvement in the Alerts feature as more options need to be added. Specifically, I would like details showing which page is associated with each alert, and a wider range of category options.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Contentsquare for zoning and error analysis, which improves our website and balances bounce rates, though alerts could be better and offer more options.

    What do you like best about the product?
    ContentSquare helps us quickly discover pain points and better understanding the customer flows on the website, while also providing recommendations and opportunities for improvements. I especially enjoy using the AI Sense feature and the CS live web browser extension that facilitates running analyses for users who aren't tool experts or data analysts by profession.

    It is also easy to connect to other tech providers such as issue reporting-, internal communications- and A/B-testing tools.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Requires quite an extensive implementation if you want to track additional data. We also discovered that URLs are treated differently from our other web analytics tool which made data validation and page mappings a bit of a challenge.

    Mappings are useful but needs well structured page naming/URLs as the foundation, the tools for maintaining updated mappings are limited if the URLs are complex. In addition, sometimes we lack the ability to use User journeys on individual URLs.

    Understanding zonings and the history of a page can be difficult there are a lot of updates during the analysis period.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    ContentSquare helps us validate website releases, discover potential issues and threats what could impact website conversion. The use of AI speeds up the process of discovery work and frees up valuable man hours to focus on crucial business tasks rather than endlessly watching screen recordings.
