Following are the steps to verify weka installation on this machine:
Locate to the Weka directory: cd weka-3-8-6
To start Weka in CLI mode, type the following command and hit Enter:
"java -classpath weka.jar weka.classifiers.trees.J48"
(This command will run the J48 decision tree algorithm on the default dataset provided by Weka.)
If Weka CLI starts without any errors, it means that you have successfully launched Weka in CLI mode.
To run the Weka help command in CLI mode, you can use the following command:
"java -cp weka.jar weka.gui.GUIChooser -h"
Alternatively, you can use the following command to display the Weka help information in text format:
"java -cp weka.jar weka.core.WekaPackageManager -h"
