GenAI, large language models and the associated tools, can trawl through vast amounts of data however they do not have the ability to know what is correct, supposition or false. During this 2-day AI Activation workshop our AI experts will evaluate use cases and guide collaborate with you on the process of ideation, conceptualization, integration, data sourcing, federation, and stewardship. The IO Connect Services will then build and deliver a operational proof of concept, based on the agreed use case and scope, within 2 weeks of the workshop. Collaborative Workshop (1 - 2 Days) This is a 2-part engagement consisting of an initial discovery, ideation, use case identification and scoping session followed by the design & delivery of an operational POC. Part 1 – Scoping and Conceptual Design Having a clear understanding of the use case to be applied, the data sources available, integrations necessary and establishing clear scope assist in ensuring the POC is a true representation of a fully-fledged AI Implementation. During this workshop we will look to understand:

• What are your current challenges or opportunities where AI could be applied?
• What are your expectations from this workshop, why are you doing it?
• What data sources will be required, are they accessible?
• What is the state of the data source, does it need pairing down or validating?
• Who are the end-users of the AI solution?
• What specific problems or pain points are they facing?
• How would the ideal AI solution alleviate these issues?
• What should be the core features of the AI prototype?

IO Connect Services Data Scientist and Solution Architects will work cohesively with your AI workgroup to lock down answers to above, align appropriate use case, document conceptual design (complete with data and application interface points) then agree on scope and success criteria. IO Connect Services will also need access to appropriate systems and data sources before moving onto part 2 to ensure delivery can be achieved in the agreed window.

Part 2: Technical Design and Delivery IO Connect Services AI team will take the information from Part 1 and engage with our extended AI development team to design, build, implement and test a proof of concept leveraging real data. Following the steps below: • Identify the relevant implementation platform. • Design and build operational environment. • Validate data source, filter & cleanse as needed. • Crawl, Index and/or replicate data source. • Design the user interface and experience per use case. • Integrate data source with AL/ML/GenAI environment. • Integrate necessary AI algorithms, models, or prompts. • Test for performance, quality of response, compliance & security. • Delivery and demonstrate working POC to client

Upon completion you will have an operational proof of concept AI product for demonstration to your organization that leverages IO Connect Services deep data and AI expertise combined with Amazon Web Services AI technologies such as Amazon Q, Amazon Quicksight, Amazon Connect, Amazon Bedrock or Amazon Sagemaker.
