    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that it is simple and easy to use - very intuitive system. There is a great amount of features that can be used which is very helpful to us and the client. I use it almost all-day everyday and haven't had any serious issues with the system. The help and support provided when I do run into issues is great, with manuals and Sage University being very helpful.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The Learning Curve could be quite steep, especially for those transitioning from simpler accounting softwares, a lot of training was required before we went live. Customization options, while extensive, can sometimes be complex and require technical expertise to fully leverage
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It is streamlining our AP process. It is very easy to use and very effective in limiting mistakes or duplicate payments

    What do you like best about the product?
    Our Company had used Sage 300 prior to Sage Intacct, and we are so thankful for the intregation of Sage Intacct, as we've been able to improve our processes and have more visibility to our financial statements. The cloud-based accounting software is very user friendly with an attractive userface.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Whenever our IT Support has sent in questions to Sage Customer Support, we haven't received helpful answers to several of our questions.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We are able to have better visibility over our financial statements. We have multiple entities with different currencies, and our previous system did not give us the functionality to easily view consolidated financial statements, while Intacct is able to show you instantly. It also helped tremendously with intercompany transactions because the system automatically creates these entries.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Sage has been great with my first year using it! I really love the options for reports, I love the fixed asset module. The approvals are great to set in place, the customization of my preferences are fantastic too. We have been able to integrate many of our outside vendors. The Asset Edge team is great too! I love love love the "help on this page" feature! I don't have any other Sage products to compare to, but I love Intacct!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The only thing, and I know it's for a security reason, that I struggle with is not being able to use Sage on multiple desktops at one time under my login. I utilize numerous screens and having different desktops open would be very helpful. I also would like to edit AR after payment has been received.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    AP efficiency, 403b integration, payroll integration, recurring invoices, bills, journal entries, etc. HUGE time saver!

    What do you like best about the product?
    Sage is easy to use, easy to learn. Working with multiple entities is seamless, you have full visibility and can customize how you want to consolidate within those companies. JE's and attachments are simple you can drill into any detail you want. Very organized, concise, and there are a lot of dimensions you can use to organize per your needs.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There aren't a lot of downsides, I'm happy with it my accountants love it. The custom reports is great cause there are so many options but it can be challenging to get what you want. Its the one area that is less user friendly, requires a little extra skill and determination to figure out. The regular reports are user friendly.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Global consolidation helps a lot when trying to consolidate financials between entities in different currencies.

    What do you like best about the product?
    If you are looking for a step up from QuickBooks Online it's an ok next step from a price performance perstpective compared other options out there.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It's cumbersome to use, more complicated than it needs to be compared to QuickBooks Online, banking integrations while improved oculd be better and customer support is inconsistant.
    It is not easy to integrate with outside programs you have to go through a complicated process anytime you want to integrat someting into Sage Intacct.
    Sage is not easy to use it's contracts module is overly complicated and cumbersome, the canned financial reports available in Sage intacct are mostly useless and usable ones are hard to format.
    Lastly the implementation process was a very painful experience.
    Usin Sage intacct every day is helpful but that doesn't change what I dislike about Sage intacct.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We out grew our prior accounting software and needed something more robust, we had a good subsctiption management package but we needed an underlying accounting package hence we went with Sage including their contracts module.
    honestly the data we can get out of the accounting module is more robust but the contracts module not so much.
