Overview

    In 1989 QueTel initiated the innovation in managing evidence and quartermaster inventory that is, today, TraQ Suite. Consisting of a family of applications that reside in one database, the Suite consists of software to manage physical evidence; digital evidence (including redaction services); laboratory analysis; equipment, uniforms, and supplies; and training. Agencies may choose one or several applications.

    QueTel provides a full range of implementation services to ensure the software meets agency needs. This process starts with understanding your needs and configuring the software to them, while helping you tailor your processes to take advantage of the technology. We install the software on your server or host it on our secure CJIS compliant cloud. The browser software, makes it easy for your IT professionals and integrates seamlessly with Active Directory.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The product: Report Exec is ideal for healthcare security departments, stand alone and enterprise systems.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    As of this review. Nothing. I've had very positive interactions and experience with all levels of the Omnigo team.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The abilty to pull data from incident reports and calls for service has been extremely helpful to identify trends that that can impact staff and site safety. In addition, the ease and ability to run multiple types of reports is extremely helpful. The reports are easy for clinical and non-clinical leaders to understand. It also lets them see the level of activity at thier hospital and more specifically, their department.

    What do you like best about the product?
    We utilize the Omnigo Report Exec and Dispatch software. I really enjoy the ease of adding employees when I need to. Also, the integration between the two is awesome.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The software's dispatch part tends to crash periodically without notice, which can cause a loss of information.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Currently they are not solving and issue that I know of.

    A basic system, user-friendly. Captures data

    Some functions are limited such as photo viewing, locations and some data retrieval. need better or updated manual for basic end-users.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The software allows us to tailor it to our needs. The support and continual improvements in the technology keep us on the cutting edge.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Currently, the software does not automatically submit state-based incident reporting, but it is in the works.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The software allows much better tracking and support for many departments of the university.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like having a report writing program and Dispatching program all in one program.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Segregating User rights was a little issue. We would have liked more flexibility to narrow certain fields like read-only to more specific areas as opposed to all having read-only.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We don't really have any big problems and all technical problems were able to be resolved through support.
