1. Review and Recommendation

We will first engage and work with you to identify your workloads and the SaaS journey stage.

• If you are an Early Stage or Green Field starting your SaaS application on the cloud journey, we will conduct our Cloud Native Workshop. This comprises of two sessions to understand and establish application requirements leading to a base architecture, design and migration delivery plan.

• If your application is progressed from the early stages, we will conduct a Discovery Session and Review of your existing AWS-based workloads. We will provide you with recommendations and a plan to remediate and optimize based on the AWS Well-Architected framework and our extensive experience with cloud applications and their development.

• If you are an ISV with a current SaaS application and require AWS ISV compliance, we will conduct a Foundational Technical Review (FTR) with your team and provide you with recommendations to achieve and maintain your accreditation.

2. Implementation

Once it is established what needs to be done, the next step is to implement and deliver on the plan and recommendations.
