Application Nudges - Elevate the resident’s experience by ensuring timely communication, updates, and reminders about their benefits application status via text. Correspondences- Improve residents’ access to correspondences by enabling them to listen to summarized versions of mail or digital notices using QR code. Campaigns - Generate and broadcast tailored messages for agency programs, public health emergencies, and other time-sensitive announcements via text. Our solution leverages Amazon API Gateway, Amazon Pinpoint, Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, Amazon Transcribe, AWS Bedrock, and AWS Lex.
