Protagona's GenAI Ideation Workshop is designed to help organizations harness the power of Generative AI to increase efficiency, enhance creativity, and elevate customer experiences. The workshop consists of two 4-hour sessions focused on discovering pain points, aligning with data strategies, ideating GenAI applications, and enabling the development of proofs-of-concept.

In the first session, Protagona works with customers to explore their current state, including operational efficiency, value streams, challenges, and the competitive landscape. We also assess the customer's data landscape and how their current data strategy supports their goals. Additionally, we shares recent case studies and GenAI use cases to facilitate AI adoption.

The second session focuses on ideation and enablement. Protagona leads brainstorming exercises to generate ideas for increasing efficiency and scaling impact through GenAI. They prioritize ideas based on feasibility, impact, and complexity. The session also explores unconventional AI-driven business models to encourage innovative thinking. Finally, Protagona collaboratively outlines next steps and develops a plan to design and execute proofs-of-concept.

Throughout the workshop, we'll cover key AWS services that enable GenAI solutions, such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, PartyRock, and Rekognition. The cost of the workshop can be applied towards the development of the identified solution or project.
