The HCL Domino solution covers a wide range of use cases, including customer made personalization and developments, if a problem arises that cannot be managed by the day-to-day operational tasks, HCL Software recommends opening a support case right away.

Updates are easy to install and are usually free of major bugs. This is my experience after almost 20 years with Domino.
