Our Accelerator services are designed to get you up and running quickly and maximize your investment in Splunk technology with hands-on services that include onboarding and baseline configuration of Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud into to BlueVoyant's Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service.
Overview
BlueVoyant's Accelerator Services are designed to be hands-on services that include onboarding and baseline configuration for the BlueVoyant MDR for both Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise Platforms.
The services are delivered by BlueVoyant Professional Services Consultants specializing in Splunk.
The Accelerator Service assists with the following:
- Configuring access using supported IDP options for use with the MDR service
- Implementation of a Client owned Intermediate Forwarding tier using BlueVoyant best practices
- Data onboarding for in-scope data sources
- Validation of the Splunk Cloud and Enterprise stacks with BlueVoyant integrations
- Go-live with the SOC using our Operational Readiness Review (ORR)
The Basic Accelerator is capped at 180 hours. Additional hours used above 180 will be billed at standard Professional Services hourly rates.
