Deloitte’s HHS NextGen Self Service Portal solution allows the public to apply for benefits, view case details and benefits, check EBT balances and transactions, read notices, report changes, obtain replacement Medicaid and EBT cards, complete renewals, and upload supporting documents. Through HHS NextGen, we bring a combination of our domain knowledge, lessons learned, and leading practices, tailored to meet the different requirements and needs of your state.
HHS NextGen Self Service Portal encapsulates Deloitte’s latest design and architectural patterns for building responsive public websites. HHS NextGen’s design is informed by user research and feedback, and it is WCAG 2.1 AA certified. We incorporate human-centered design techniques to create positive experiences for the people served through the portal. HHS NextGen leverages a microservices-based architecture and AWS services such as RDS, EC2, Lambda, and S3. HHS NextGen can be integrated with existing worker-facing case management systems through APIs.
