**Expected Outcomes: **
- Understanding of the customer’s business objectives, key priorities, and cloud adoption challenges
- Captures a baseline of the customer’s cloud adoption journey to date using an industry standard cloud adoption framework
- Proposes scope, investment, delivery team, and priority actions to implement in subsequent phases along with a post workshop roadmap – all aligned to customer’s business objectives and priorities
- Alignment of customer stakeholders (from all representative part of the business) on relevant business strategy drivers, the IT strategy, current state, and the required tactical work
Delivery Approach
- Fujitsu arranges a pre-workshop call lasting c.1 hour to meet the executive sponsor, conduct introductions, provide an overview of YCF Lite and answer any questions. A pre-workshop questionnaire is also distributed for completion offline and must be complete c.1 week prior to the workshop
- The one business day workshop will comprise the following agenda: Maturity assessment of the most critical cloud migration areas Develop a roadmap based on leadership objectives Identification of cloud challenges to date Explore preferred operating model Explore Cloud COE design and current state of readiness
- Offline produce a report capturing a baseline along with recommended roadmap
- Present report to the customer team (lasting c.1 hour) a week or so after the workshop to present the baseline and recommended roadmap for accelerating cloud operational readiness and cloud migrations
