Additional details
Usage instructions
This is necessary for you to access the instance via Web or SSH. This can be achieved by one of the following:
- Putting eth0 in a subnet with an Internet Gateway.
- Associating a public IP to eth0.
- In single NIC deployments, when configuring the instance details, in the Auto-assign Public IP list, select Enable.
- In multi-NIC deployments, associate an Elastic IP to the first NIC(aka eth0) within a few minutes of deployment, or associate it later and restart the instance. After you complete these tasks, you can connect to SSH with your key pair or id and password as follows:
- ID: swadmin
- Password: [Instance ID] of your PAS-KS
To access the WEB-UI of PAS-KS, perform the following tasks.
1)Access your PAS-KS over SSH.
2) Go to Configuration > Management Access mode.
switch# configure
switch(config)# management-access
switch(config-management-access)#
3) Enable the HTTP or HTTPS service.
switch(config-management-access)# http status enable
switch(config-management-access)# https status enable
switch(config-management-access)# apply
Management-Access is applied to system.
switch(config)#
4) In a web browser, navigate to http://[PAS-KS IP]:8080 or https://[PAS-KS IP]:8443.
