Immersive Training Accelerator

For customers that need to train their people in processes that require muscle memory in spatial aware situations, Immersive Training is a cost effective, scalable option to deliver virtual trainings in a controlled environment.

• The accelerator provides a platform for asset creation, management, deployment to allow for quick, low-cost experimentation in a way that can be scaled.
• By prototyping and iterating rapidly with the platform, organizations can identify the most promising use cases to further develop and refine. Organizations can align these use cases with business object ives and existing infrastructure.
• Validation of use cases with the platform can demonstrate the accuracy, effectiveness, and potential ROI of the solution.

The Immersive Training Accelerator on AWS enables Slalom to work with customers to prototype Immersive Training use cases, and deploy and manage their assets on AWS with a view to scaling as required. The solution provides for:

• An out-of-the-box deployment of AWS infrastructure, a lightweight frontend and a custom frontend, defined through Infrastructure as Code,
• Pipeline for creating 3D point cloud scenes from videos,
• Template for checklist-based scenario for VR based training,

The accelerator allows remote teams to work together on the required assets in a controlled manner with little engineering effort on rapidly iterating and building out immersive experiences.

The solution is built on native AWS infrastructure enabling enterprise scalability along with a proven platform for Immersive Training development.
