Overview
Information Asset has developed a solution that imports objects from AWS S3 buckets into Alation using an AWS Lambda function. All file types are supported but if the file is a CSV, JSON, XML, Avro, Parquet or ORC file, it will be parsed by the solution and information including schema and sample data are extracted and added to Alation.

Pricing
Pricing is based on contract duration. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. What do you like best about the product?
S3 provides folder storage structure bucket which is very useful and cheaper as compare to market availabilities. It's a solution for easily maintain and readable with simple functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few points need to be improve like delete functionalities and AWS need prior knowledge to write programming languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problems related to storage. And also helps in data security. It helps us to extracting the data files which was adding to alation.

It is very useful to store a large number of data which we can easily transfer from one to other without any hustle. It has security and easy to access facility

Sometime it take to much time and also give error in between so we have to wait until it fixed but other then this all good . You can use it in work place as well as home

We have stored our data in cloud storage, it's easily accessible. They are provided unlimited storage in buckets.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's taking time to upload large files; It Might be an internet issue or anything else.
