Softcat assumes billing and invoicing responsibilities for our customers from AWS. Softcat will provide one invoice for AWS consumption, including Marketplace. You'll have access to our cloud billing support team, allowing you to query your invoices and bills directly with people who understand them best.

We provide our customers with free access to our cloud cost management platform, so you can benefit from best-in-class cost visibility and control and our recommendations on agreement types, Savings Plans and Reservations. We also negotiate and/or maximise strategic agreements, such as AWS EDP and the One Government Value Agreement (OGVA).
