Our team of experienced engineers provides a range of training sessions, knowledge-sharing opportunities, and implementation support to ensure our customers get up and running with Snowflake Data Cloud smoothly. Our services are customized based on the specific needs of each individual client. We offer a combination of the following services based on the customer’s situation: • Current Environment Survey: We assess the status of the customer's data infrastructure and develop a plan to address any issues that may arise. • Hands-On Training: We offer hands-on training on Snowflake functions, allowing customers to gain firsthand experience and insight into the platform's capabilities. • Various Training Sessions: We provide two types of training sessions; one for engineers and one for administrators, to enable a systematic learning of Snowflake's features and best practices. • Weekly Joint Sessions: We hold weekly joint sessions that include lectures and Q&A sessions, covering various aspects of Snowflake usage from data capture to utilization. Our service contract period is 90 days, and is exclusively available to corporations in Japan. Please note that this service is offered in Japanese only. This service is a Professional Service for Snowflake Data Cloud. Snowflake Data Cloud licenses must be purchased separately by the customer.
