What is your pricing model?
- CloudMISP is available for a fixed yearly fee depending on your needs (please refer to the pricing table). We will do our best to accommodate you with a custom plan that will best suit your needs.
How much do you charge per user?
- CloudMISP is available for a fixed yearly investment with no additional charges on a per user basis.
Can I install my own modules and plugins?
- Yes - we can deploy additional modules and plugins at your request.
IMPORTANT: You acknowledge and agree that all Proprietary Rights in the variations, modifications, additions, alterations and Feedback to the SaaS Service are owned by us, even where suggested or contributed to by you. We may from time to time update the SaaS Service. We endeavor to implement all updates to the SaaS Service in a manner that is minimally disruptive to your business, but (i) you acknowledge that we may implement the relevant update during your regular business operating hours, or at a time that may otherwise be inconvenient to you, and that this may cause interference or interruption with respect to your access to the SaaS Service; and (ii) you authorize us to undertake the implementation of the update and release and hold us harmless in respect of any Loss or inconvenience that you may suffer as a consequence of interference or interruption of your access to the SaaS Service.

We provide basic troubleshooting and technical assistance for any CloudMISP issues you may be experiencing. Help configuring MISP or integrating new integrations or feeds with MISP may cost extra.
