Delivery Capability: We have the capabilities to provide full delivery support including design, implementation and deployment as well as working with clients to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for BAU transition and Centre of Excellence (COE) creation.
Health checks: Somerford provides an annual Health Check to maximise our clients ROI, identify any potential platform or user issues and suggest a clear resolution. Health Checks are completed by certified Somerford technical consultants with a full written report provided.
QBRs Hosting quarterly business reviews to make sure clients are gaining maximum value from the platform and supporting in all future use cases. In house Professional services team: Somerford have a large dedicated professional services team covering for Confluent, be that training and enablement, future work loads or optimising the use of the product.
Integration between technologies Somerford has developed a number of pre configured plugins to accelerate technology integration free of charge. Aligned to Confluent’s best practice methodology, Somerfords implementation consultants are all certified and trained to implement the platform to the latest principles to ensure short term measurable results and long term success. Program and project managers assigned to all services engagements certified in different delivery methodologies to meet the request of our customers. Support
Support Desk: Somerford has an in-house support desk dedicated to the solutions we offer to our customers. This can be aligned with clients' operational support mode (OSM). Currently in excess of 85% of support calls are resolved without the need to escalate to vendors which drastically reduces time to resolution and allows for adhoc service to be completed outside of professional services.
