    Pricing and entitlements for this product are managed outside of AWS Marketplace through an external billing relationship between you and the vendor. You activate the product by supplying an existing license purchased outside of AWS Marketplace, while AWS provides the infrastructure required to launch the product. Subscriptions have no end date and may be cancelled any time. However, the cancellation won't affect the status of an active license if it was purchased outside of AWS Marketplace.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It allows me frame marketing campaigns at ease with its prompts lab and helps me with the hassle of following up by making a structured model.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It's a little advanced and complex for me at times. A simpler User Interface would be better
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    When it comes to sales, I always struggled with following up and crafting marketing capmpaigns. Its prompt lab helps me create campaigns by me just putting in the inputs. Also, it helps me synthesize data and clients sentiments.

    I am using this for few weeks and i like the features of voiceovers and studio i also like interface and summarization of task

    Need to work on customer support and prices are little high

    What do you like best about the product?
    IBM watsonx.ai is intuitive, easy to implement, builds and test, all the repos will be maintained by IBM Cloud
    What do you dislike about the product?
    its intent list : it allows similar examples to be there in more than one intents :
    Example I am giving example as "Hi There" in #greeting and #checkuseractive both then It will accept same example in both intents, while it should not. be the case . It makes fault-finding trickier
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We have designed plugin of chatbot which is used in different projects , its build once run anywhere architecture, benefit of this is we don’t have to maintain CI/CD pipeline for our chatbot , we just maintained different environments
