    master data entry is not automated and we need to enter it manually during kloudgin configuration

    Field service and asset management is very user friendly in kloudGin that help our utility users to maintain asset and provide services to their customers.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Scheduling Engine is one of the best features because it automatically schedules the work of the crew for a given amount of time considering task priorities. FSM & EAM Modules are completely covered under the same product.KloudGin is compatible with the majority of integrations(C2M, NetSuite, SAP, EBS Time Keeping, Oracle, GIS Integrations, Verizon).
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The mobile app can still be refined from a UI perspective.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Inventory Management, Timesheet management, Appointment scheduling process, & Asset preventive maintenance.

    What do you like best about the product?
    KloudGin has a product that combines both FSM and EAM functionalities, creating an integrated solution for managing field service operations and enterprise asset management.
    It has scheduling and dispatching which tracks crew work in the field, manages work orders, and ensures effective communication between the field workforce and the central office.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I have not found any downsides to this Product Yet. In comparison to other FSM and EAM, it has more features.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Centralized Dispatching, Scheduling Engine, Route Optimization, and Mobile Field Application are among the many valuable features KlougGin provides.

    What do you like best about the product?
    All the information about orders directions contact numbers an asset mapping is that your fingertips! Fairly easy to use and complete task work on a phone, tablet or PC

    Kloudgin is a fast growing company and desires to make the needed changes to make an effective tool so they can grow its market.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    They sadly, it seems there is no communication or input from those using the application in the field.

    Sadly, Kloudgon will often dump monthly "updates" WITHOUT informing its customers or even beta testing it to see it's obvious mistakes. It's a great new company, but you're the guinea pig.

    Training, videos, or documentation seems to be severely lacking... actually totally nonexistent

    Kloudgin builds the product, but you will have to be the in-house expert in order to use it and train your staff. It's a great tool, but if something goes wrong, you'll need to tell Kloudgin, bc they won't ask.

    If Kloudgin disagrees, feel free to ask for posts, links or even online training... I'm not seeing it.

    What do you like best about the product?
    KloudGin is a very good product and it can be used in many verticals. The beauty of this framework is it doesn't need any installation or configuration. Just you need internet a computer and mobile device. It has almost all the ERP modules integrated in one system. The FSM and EAM modules are just WOW!! which I recommend to all the industries to ease your daily workload and struggling with all the paperwork.the scheduling engine what Kloudgin has developed so far is the best thing I have ever seen in the market so far.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Yeah unlike all the other SaaS products Kloudgin needs some improvement in GUI in mobile and Web applications.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    1. No paperwork
    2. Scheduling almost reduces 70% of the workload of dispatchers.
    3. Communication between dispatch unit and the field workers.
