    Overview

    Organizations must be agile and always look to the future to anticipate the next threat, find ways for incident response times to improve, and generally streamline operations by reducing cognitive load, complexity, and time associated with mission critical tasks. Public Sector (Federal, State, and Local) Agencies would benefit from a system that can support in the execution of continuous improvement processes.

    Iternal's software can facilitate in the formalization of a continuous improvement process and enable Public Sector (Federal, State, and Local) Agencies employees to easily adopt a framework and structure for analysis and reporting of possible areas for improvement. Iternal's software functions as the data repository for the continuous improvement process by allowing Public Sector (Federal, State, and Local) Agencies to define the structure for continuous improvement questionnaires (modeled after various continuous process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma). Following data collection, Iternal's software can automate the production of an end product report on recommendations for improvements by assembling relevant and applicable modular components of content from those available to generate the reports.

    Public Sector (Federal, State, and Local) Agencies would additionally benefit from Iternal's software by centralizing and standardizing all continuous improvement initiatives into a single framework on a single system, which would result in the Agencies being able to conduct meta-analyses of the various initiatives to understand common themes for improvement and develop additional novel process improvement insights.
