Capstone Application Support picks up where AWS ProServe leaves off and is designed to be a continuation for AWS ProServe engagements where applications have been built over AWS technologies. It provides application specific support and feature development to provide stability and enhancement to help clients protect and realize the value of their investment.
Who this is perfect for:
- Greenfield Customers with limited AWS expertise or small/no dev teams in-house
- Customers of any size with capacity constraints or whose core competency is not technology and would prefer to leverage partners
- Customers needing interim support while transitioning to an in-house team
- MLP or multi-phase engagements where there is often a period of time between moving to subsequent delivery stages as user feedback is evaluated and roadmaps become more clearly defined
- Where break-fix issues arise and need to be addressed to maintain user confidence
