Our FinOps maturuity assessment is used to drive the guiding principles and technology choices in delivering the service. The assessment looks at cloud spend across hyperscalers through the lens of nine towers each of which have a set of data points that are used to score how well an organisation meets these criteria.

Our skilled cloud and FinOps teams will conduct a series of interviews and workshops targeted at key customer stakeholders to perform an assessment of existing cloud spend, processes and operations. These can then be remediated to deliver quick-wins to the business to demonstrate the value of FinOps.
