    Usage instructions

After launching an EC2 instance using this AMI, follow these steps to access and configure WordPress:

    1. Access WordPress by opening a web browser and entering the following URL: http://<instance_ip>:80. Replace <instance_ip> with the public IP address of your EC2 instance. Port 80 is used for HTTP access.
    2. During the initial setup, you will be prompted to create your WordPress admin account. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your site.
    3. MySQL Database Access:
    • MySQL Username: root
    • MySQL Password: The root password is set to your instance ID by default. You can find your instance ID in the EC2 dashboard under "Instance Details."
    • MySQL Port: The default port for MySQL is 3306.
    1. You can connect to your EC2 instance via SSH using the username "ubuntu" and the private key file associated with your EC2 instance key pair.
    2. Ensure that your security group is configured to allow traffic on ports 80 (HTTP) and 3306 (for MySQL if needed).
