Usage instructions
After successful launch wait for 30 seconds and then Connect your virtual machine via SSH using username "ubuntu". To Access your application : Step 1: Hit of Browser: http://<Public_IP> Step 2: Click on "Let's Begin" Step 3: In System Requirements click "Proceed" Step 4: Now use Database details as below: Database host: localhost Database port : 3306 Database Username : uvdesk Database name : uvdesk Database password: Password is your <Instance_ID> and click "Proceed" Step 5: Fill Super Admin Account User Information as per your choice. Step 6: After filling all the details click on "Proceed" Step 7: Now click on "Install Now" Step 9: Now login either to Admin Panel and Knowledgebase
