    2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards is a software solution for contact centers that empowers business users and supervisors to deliver information in real-time to every screen. Information means data from many data sources and built using various content types. The following contact center platforms are supported out of the box – Amazon Connect, Cisco® Contact Centers (Express, Enterprise, and Packaged UCCE), Cisco CallManager (HuntGroups), Five9, the Genesys Cloud CX™ and Genesys Engage™ platforms, NICE CXone, and it is also possible to display data from ServiceNow® and Salesforce®. The application is flexible enough for business users to add / change pictures, PowerPoint slides, web-content, or include weather information and forecasts or YouTube videos and streams on the fly. A screen does not only mean a large plasma screen in contact centers and break-rooms, the individual workstations of agents, supervisors, or even managers who are not part of the contact center, but a screen also means most devices with standard browsers (Android phones and tablets, iPhones, iPads, and Windows tablets – such as MS Surface).

    • Alert agents and supervisors to changing Contact Center conditions before they become a problem. Notifications can be based on single or multiple conditions (e.g., 5 calls in queue or calls waiting over 60 seconds). Alerts can be delivered via color changes, blinking, email, audible signals, or SMS (e.g., Tropo, WebText, Bandwidth.com). Alerts can also integrate with collaboration tools like Cisco Webex®, Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, and Discord, individually or simultaneously.
    • 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards is a web-based tool for contact center supervisors, designed for ease of use by business users. It allows operational changes without IT involvement, including creating and adjusting KPIs/metrics, grids, message tickers, layouts, content sequences, and external content. Supervisors can also set up email alerts and modify system settings to suit daily operational needs.
    • With unlimited KPIs, layouts, and viewers, 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards ensures the right information reaches the right people at the right time. Display as much or as little information as needed, create multiple layouts for different roles and departments, and embed multiple wallboard layouts into one. There are no limits on the number of users or devices viewing your layouts, offering virtually endless configurability.
